Postpartum Physcial Therapy Rehabilitation from Battle Born Health

The Mama 10-Pack

Customized Plans for Pregnancy and Postpartum

This package includes 10 one-on-one sessions with your physical therapist to work on whatever your body needs. We typically recommend we do 1 session in the first trimester, 2 sessions in the second trimester, 3 sessions in the third trimester, and 4 sessions in the critical (yet often overlooked) fourth trimester.

1, 2, 3, 4!

Of course, this is completely customizable based on your goals and the issues you are facing in your own body. And if you need more support, we can build that in too. We are here to help you, Mama!

When you work with Battle Born Health during and after your pregnancy you will build strength and reduce pain. You will also have a physical therapist who can help heal your body after the process of making and birthing a tiny human. You are not alone, and you do not need to “learn to live with it” or make anything that is uncomfortable, your new normal. Make an appointment with Sarah today to learn about our Mama 10-Pack.

Recover Your Posture

It’s important after the birth of your baby, to restore healthy posture which will protect your spine and reduce any neck, shoulder, or back pain. During pregnancy, your shoulders tend to roll forward which increases stress and strain on the muscles of those areas. The lower back curve can increase or decrease, and the ribs can flare to accommodate any shifting organs and the growing belly. Many things with your body can go ‘out of whack’ and our team can help you. Any changes in your posture will make your muscles work harder. Our trained physical therapists will help you heal the whole body and help you feel like you again.

We Help With

  • SCAR MANAGEMENT
  • DIASTASIS RECTI RECOVERY
  • BODY MECHANICS AND POSTURE
  • PELVIC FLOOR DYSFUNCTION
  • REGAINING CORE CONTROL
  • RETURNING TO EXERCISE TRAINING
  • PAIN MANAGEMENT
  • AND MORE
