Physical Therapist
Battle Born Health is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team!
Doctorate of Physical Therapy-Competitive salary ranging between $90,000-$120,000 (Depending on experience)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Maintain a current state PT license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years experience in orthopedic/outpatient setting
- Demonstrate excellent therapeutic exercise skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Strong patient education and motivational skills.
As a physical therapist at our clinic your primary expectations include:
- Evaluate Patients physical conditions, functional limitations and movement dysfunctions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatments plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise program, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate and network with physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with state practice acts, HIPAA, and facility policies.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences and continuing education.
- Willingness to participate in networking
